We offer a 15 days "no questions asked" refund policy.
If you don't like the product you have purchased for any reason, or it is not what you expected, you can return it to us for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs paid).
Returns can be made in-person at the salon or online.

Please mail all returns, along with proof of purchase, to: 1075 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 5P9, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred on orders and returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back on your card.
At this time, we only offer exchanges on products returned to the salon in-person.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe that you have received a defective product, or the wrong item, please contact us so that we can make it right.
