Jon Paul believes that to achieve everything you do in life you must set goals. A very precise vision of what you want to achieve has to be set in your mind before you have any chance of achieving them.
“Seeing is believing. If you see it, you can achieve it.” Jon Paul also believes that you should always set the highest goal you can imagine. “Anyone can set and achieve a low goal, but why bother? Just see yourself winning an award. See yourself teaching on stage. See yourself in a great salon, or travelling the world styling hair on stage or on the fashion runways. Once you’ve set that vision you have to work hard…harder than anyone else around you. Surround yourself with stylists and mentors who will assist you to achieve your goals. Only work in a salon with positive and like minded stylists. At the end of the day remember one thing, “If it’s not fun, why the *** are you doing it? Hard work can be fun, just make it that way” Jon Paul says.
